About the books

What is Short Stack?

Short Stack Editions is a series of small-format cookbooks by some of America's best cooks and food writers, including Dorie Greenspan, Virginia Willis, Adeena Sussman and Steven Satterfield. Each book is 48 pages, about 4.5 × 7.5 inches, with 20–25 recipes that find new ways to cook a favorite ingredient. They're printed in the USA on textured paper with original cover art, which is why so many people collect the whole set.
